Really thin sliced bread. Because well, I was running out of loaf, and I have a really sharp knife. I put is on a hot griddle until it got toasty on both sides. Topped with the top and bottom of that tomato all chopped up, pea shoots, and fresh thyme. I picked it with the basil in the dark.
