Mother Toriel’s Thoughts

As your footsteps created echos of the

rustling of grass through the greenery,

the trees projected looming shadows

through the pathway you walk on. You

do not recognize this area.

It seems like you are lost...

As your hopes are starting to perish within

the wood, you see a figure, with the

resemblance of a caprine approached you.

"Oh dear! Are you lost child?"

You were a little unwilling to trust her at first,

nevertheless, you nodded in response to her

question. You came to know that here name

was Toriel, with the little conversation you

had as she gave a little introduction.

"Come, my child. Follow me."

She reached out a hand, as if for you

to hold on too. Hesitantly, you did so.

She led you to a little clearing, an

enormous tree dominating the area, as

a river flowed right next to it. The gentle

whooshing of the current gave a tranquil

aura, one that you have always enjoyed.

Before the tree, a book was placed on top

of a little picnic mat, and the amore of pie

permeated the cooling air. She gestured

you to take a seat with her.

"Let us take a break within these enchanted forests of mystery. Shall I share my thoughts with you too?"
