Hello my army,

It has come to my attention that people are beginning to complain about not getting featured. Please know that this is not tolerated. The s will see your post eventually and they will decide what makes a post worthy of a feature.

With this in mind, I have come to inform you all what declares a post feature worthy.

If anyone has questions at the end or are confused on a certain section of this PSA, please do not hesitate to ask in the comments or pm me.

Now, let's begin.

All posts

This topic will discuss what any form of post requires in order to be featured.

Firstly, any post will require an explanation of some kind. This mainly refers to edit and art posts. Editors and artists are required at least one paragraph (3-5 sentences) of explanation for a post to be featured. Use this as a way to interact with the community. Explain to the people how you got inspiration to create the work or tell the readers what tools you used.

Secondly, a post must be completely free, or have very little, spelling errors. Now, if English is not your first language, please feel free to talk to a for assistance on how to properly translate your work or use a translating app if necessary. If there are multiple spelling errors on a post, regardless of the post's quality, it will not be featured.

Thirdly, please watch the font you're using and keep in mind that not every member has the same device as you do. Crazy and eye catching fonts may be on many featured posts, but keep in mind that not everyone can see them. This has become a growing issue on this community and will be addressed here and now. It is alright to use one of these fonts for a title, but it is not advised for every word. Here is an example:

Featuring PSA-Hello my army,

It has come to my attention that people are beginning to complain about not getting featured. P

The identity of this post will remain anonymous, but this will no longer be allowed. The font may look appealing to you, but to someone who does not have the same font on their device it is not. They now have no idea what the has just said or explained and are now lost as to what the post is about. Please keep this in mind the next time you use a font.

Fourthly, oc templates or oc wikis will not be featured. Oc templates are not feature worthy as the ideas and formats presented on them are almost always not original and featuring an oc wiki that explains the appearance and personality of an oc is not directly related to Loki. Keep in mind that this is a Loki amino, not the Marvel amino.

Finally, let me make one thing clear. If you are a popular member on here due to the fact that you are a , a commonly featured person, or someone known in public chats, do not be angered when one of your posts is not featured. It may have not met the quality of your other posts or it is not deemed featured worthy. To find out why, please continue reading.

Anyone, regardless of status here, are not allowed to ask for features. Your request will instantly be denied regardless of the quality of your blog/wiki

Edits

Every edit requires a certain amount of detail for it to be deemed feature worthy. This includes natural shading and accurate proportions. This is one of the most important parts of editing. If your character does not look natural or has an arm at an unhealthy angle, you will not be featured. But do not be discouraged; there is always room for improvement.

Creativity is also highly encouraged for a feature. Characters with their hair down or genderbent characters is not an original idea and will decrease your chance at being featured. You are the editor; take the challenge to create something new or start a new editing trend.

Time taken is also looked upon for a feature. I understand that some people take longer than others to make the same type of posts, but I'm referring to something as simple as changing a hair color. Do you the pink-haired Adrien craze? (For miraculous fans) Every editor and then some just had to create a piece where Adrien had pink hair. It is incredibly simple to center out his hair and change its color. Any blog with an edit as simple as that is not feature worthy. But if you change his position, his clothing, and make the edit your own, there is a higher chance at becoming featured.

Art

Proportions are vastly important to create an artistic piece. A feature worthy art post must have accurate to nearly accurate proportions of the body. This includes natural curves, not parallel lines. I will not critique art style because it is all different, but please keep in mind that the subject needs to look natural.

Shading and detail are very important to a piece. This adds depth to the work and also gives the character a life-like appeal. It also provides accurate positions that, when done properly, can help give a new definition to the piece.

Writing

Word count is very important to a piece. Although you don't always have to provide a number at the beginning of each post, there is a certain length you much reach in order to obtain a feature. This one isn't as mandatory, but something as small as a single drabble, no matter the quality, will not be featured. If you do wish to post a drabble, I suggest adding a collection of them so you have a higher chance at a feature.

Vocabulary is everything in a writing piece. Exceptional vocabulary enhances your work and adds detail to your descriptions and character.

Detail is needed to inform the reader of what is happening and imagine the scene in their mind. Imagery can be created in detail and a successful writer will place the reader in their story with their words.

Instead of this:

"He walked into a small room and sighed."

Try this:

"The boy walked into a room no bigger than a wooden closest. The air was thick, maintaining a heavy atmosphere that only enhanced his grief. With a heavy heart, he exhaled and fully entered the space, shutting the door behind him."

Descriptions such as this will result in a higher chance at a feature.

A cover photo is needed in order to obtain a feature. How the photo looks isn't very important but there are ways to make an adequate cover image.

Avoid crazy fonts. They may attract attention, but if a member has to take a few moments to read what it inscribes, it's not worth the font.

Use art as an attention grabber. Make sure the art relates to the story and add credit. Credit is everything with an art image and no credit (including a screen shot of policy and link to their main page) will not only result in the blog not being featured, but the post will also be disabled for art theft. (For example, see the bottom of this post).

You could also use a random image that does correlate to the story. This does not require credit as it was not made by anyone else. It also allows for a nice hook for readers.

Discussion posts

A discussion post is not a simple "I really liked the movie. I loved how Loki did..." Any discussion post centered around this idea will not be featured. This also does not influence the idea of a discussion if you list how you love a certain character and how they committed this act in the movie.

A feature worthy discussion post requires length. There must be more than two short paragraphs about why you liked the episode. If this post is going to be featured, it will require a spoiler free explanation, or if you are going to mention spoilers you must place a spoiler warning in the beginning of the post. Describe the episode and any surprising parts that people would be interested in as well.

You must use vocabulary and please refrain from utilizing the words "sad", "happy", "angry" in any of your explanation. I will not be as harsh as to say that you must have exquisite vocabulary and maintain a proper appearance every time, but it is imperative you keep in mind that a feature worthy post requires professional vocabulary.

Here's a tip: Instead of continuously saying villain, good guy, bad man, use words like "antagonist/protagonist" or "hero/heroine" to better increase your vocabulary in a discussion.

Discussions require analysis and depth in how you describe the episode. You cannot simply say how Loki was placed under the control of the mind stone of Thanos and was sent to destroy New York in search of the tesseract. You could say something along the lines of this:

"This movie showed another side to (character) as (he/she)..." or "I feel that (creator) is really exploiting this character to (event) to gather deep character development in movies to come. I'm excited to see this character in future films."

This is your opportunity to mention past or future movies in a discussion. Do not be afraid to reference a past antagonist to compare to a recent one, or to compare or contrast a character from their development in current showings. You could even say: "Loki in "The Avengers" left off with a remaining rage that has grown into bigger proportions in his reprise in Thor: Dark World. He not only has a rivalry with the Avengers, but he now has an increased hatred for the kingdom. Is it possible that he could use this rage as an urge to fight?"

Make sure to include pictures to further enhance your analysis and opinion of the episode. If you do wish to remain spoiler free, find screenshots of the episode that do not give much away, but also interacts with what you are saying. If you just include a picture of the cover image of the episode, you have done nothing to further enhance the discussion.

Always leave a discussion open-ended by the conclusion of your post so the community can start a discussion in the comments, hense the name of the blog.

Team-related posts

Vocabulary is everything in a team post. This shows the maturity of the potential team someone could wish to .

Introduction posts are required to be detailed and informative to give the community a fair knowledge of what kind of team they will be accepting into their community. Very rarely will an introduction post be featured due to the fact that there is no direct correlation to it being Chat Noir related and there is no interaction with the community. However, team leaders are advised to place a link in application posts so applicants will have a better idea of what the tram they are applying for is about.

Application posts cannot just have the questions and categories, you must also place in an explanation of the kind of team mates you want and require. Do you wish for them to remain loyal to the team? To be willing to step in for a partner who is unable to do their part? Everything is important when accepting a member and it is imperative that the applicant knows that before they apply.

Activity posts or information gathering posts require explanation and format. There needs to be a sense of professionalism in the blog/wiki so you will differentiate from a regular member's post. If a team is less professional than a member who completes a similar deed, what good is the team?

PSA's

Let's make one thing very clear. Just because it's a PSA, does not mean that it can be featured.

A PSA post reflects a problem in the community. PSA stands for "Public Service Announcement". If there is an issue that either prohibits the happiness/ enjoyment or causes arguments in the community, a PSA will be needed to sort the issue.

This announcement, however, will not require a short explanation no longer than 100 words. That can be done in a public chat to address the issue. In this case, any post with a short explanation of any problem will not, and should not, be featured.

An announcement post will require a detailed explanation to the problem at hand and ways to prevent the issue from transpiring once more.

If it is an issue regarding hackers or bots, a screenshot will be needed to give the community an example of what to watch out for.

If an issue expresses that there is profanity used in public chats, there will need to be a detailed plan regarding the steps a or a member can take to prevent the situation from occurring again. A warning will also be itted in the post for any member who uses profanity after this blog has been featured.
