GENRES

Mystery / Crime | Thriller | Dystopian | Horror | Adventure | Action | Steampunk | Fantasy | Magic | Action | Paranormal | Supernatural | Apocalypse | Slice of Life | College

Most genres and plots I’m happy to try out any, just please bare in mind I do not like romance roleplays at all. I’m also not a big fan of sci-fi so if it’s the main part of the plot I may not be as invested, but you’re still welcome to suggest it if you have a good plot in mind as it may intrigue me!

RP RULES

Romance/ smut

If there’s a slight bit of romance between characters and romance isn’t the main focus then it may be okay. But I personally dislike romance roleplays and feel uncomfortable roleplaying romantic scenes. So please don’t message me if this is the type of rp you’re looking for.

Also if you’re under 18 absolutely no romance whatsoever, as I am adult.

Smut / nsfw is an absolute no, don’t pm me if you want to roleplay smut, I will ignore your request or simply leave the chat.

”Illiterate” roleplays

I would describe myself as a literate to advanced literate roleplayer. I write to the “see all” mark and sometimes write multiple messages in response. I will try must best to match my partners literacy. Please try to write as detailed responses as you can (I’d rather slower responses than quick and minimal lined ones).

Please do not use * , - , / etc to define actions when roleplaying with me. I will not roleplay anything if you do so.

I would prefer if you roleplay in third person, however I won’t be annoyed at you if you do choose to Roleplay in first person, just don’t make me change from third to first person.

RP STYLE

My rp style is around literate to advanced literate and I try my best to match your writing length. I tend to reach the “see all” mark and sometimes will write multiple messages in response (if I have a lot I want to write about).

RP RESPONSE EXAMPLES

Example #1

Ivan did one final check of his pockets and belt before he began to casually stroll down the street, glancing often up to the sky as he went. It was night and he could faintly see the stars (most of which had been masked from the light emanating from the vastly populated city). His armour felt light and reflected the bright rays from the street lights dotted above him, which irritated his dark eyes. He felt a sense of calm as he walked and contemplated returning home for the night after a somewhat unsuccessful evening of demon hunting. Then he heard it.

Down the street from him there was a loud commotion, an argument followed by what sounded like conflict. Quickly he picked up his pace, going from a stride to a run, his face already flushed and a sense of anger brewed inside. Ivan couldn’t believe himself there must have been so many demons there, yet how did he not sense them sooner?

His boots struck the ground and his ears rang a high pitch until he was faced with the dark alleyway. He had little time to catch his breath as began to scan his surroundings. There was a woman fighting amongst a crowd of demons. Another demon Hunter, he thought. Swiftly he grabbed onto his gun that was hoistered around his belt as he made his way into the alleyway, as the darkest rapidly engulfed around him. Although he was used to working so late, it appeared his eyes were taking longer than usual to adjust. He fired a single round -in hopes to momentarily distract the humanoid demons- as he frantically switched to his weapon. The shot rung loud and flew into the darkness amongst the group. Ivan stood and waited for a second, clutching at his sword ready to make another move.

Example #2

His eyes scanned the room, this place was seriously impressive. What was more impressive, was that this was her place, her own shop with her friends. Ivan dreamed that one day he would have this success, a place of his own running his own hunting business. That was his aspiration in life. He quietly paced around the room some more, iring the way it had been decorated. The sheer amount of trophies laid on display on the wall was his favourite feature of the room.

“Are these all your trophies?” He spoke with an element of awe and surprise, this collection of trophies must have taken months if not years to amass.

Leisurely he put his hands in his pockets and continued to have a look around the room. Despite the room appearing relatively small, the attention to detail was astonishing. Once he’d finished scanning the room, he debated exploring more of the place, but thought otherwise.

“Hey Kass…” Ivan tried to speak then it hit him. A wave of emotion and that sickly feeling in his gut that warned him something was wrong. He wanted to flee, yet he knew he should stay, when he had the energy he could help. Very rarely could he sense monsters, demons, any creatures at this level. All he knew at this point was that he needed to rest, maybe then he could figure out what was going to happen. Otherwise he’d be no help at all.

“Can I tag along with you guys for a bit.” He didn’t know how to word it. He felt ridiculous having a feeling like something was wrong, so figured the safest way for everyone is if he waited and fought whatever was coming with them.

“Actually, Kass, can we talk about this later?” His voice trembled slightly as he spoke.

“I’m just going to sit down for a minute.” He forced the words out but all he managed was a soft mumble, almost a whisper. As he spoke he’d made his way over to the couch in the corner of the room and gingerly sat down with his head in his hands.

He opened his mouth to speak again, but chose not too. He felt too drained to speak. He’d tell Kass later what was wrong and as he thought to himself his eyelids went heavy. Sluggishly he slumped against the side of the seat.

Example #3

Everything had felt different since the recent event that had occurred in this once peaceful city and the frustration brewed under the surface amongst the group. They had to do something about it, the police had stopped trying to solve the murder, leaving everyone feeling on edge. So they decided to form a group, a murder mystery club, to piece together the events and finally solve the crime to put the mystery to rest.

The schoolbook rang and echoed around the empty corridors, ones which would soon be flocked with people. It was the end of the day, people began to make their way out of their classes and through the corridors, a constant chatter of hundreds of voices began to fill the rooms.

Scarlett shuffled slowly making her way through the ever growing crowd of people. She adjusted her red hair that was placed in a ponytail, which swayed as she walked. She wore her favourite jumper and jacket, a mix of mustard and black, along with her denim jeans (the attire now felt like a poor decision due to the sunny weather). It was three, soon she would be meeting with her friends she thought as she pulled out her phone, double checking to ensure no one had cancelled last minute. She sighed with relief and exited the corridor, walking into Florence.

“Oh hi, we are meeting at yours right… for the uh meeting you said?” Scarlett spoke with a smile and in a soft spoken tone.

“The incompetency of the investigation teams these days. So I figured we’d have to do something about it!” The brunette immediately sparked a conversation and huffed as she made her remark and folded her arms. Florence’s stubborn and strong willed attitude meant she was the right person to help solve this murder once and for all, but she needed help.

”I messaged the others. I think Dean and Faith are meeting us there. I don’t know about Ben, he’ll be there, eventually.”

Florence nodded and looked away from Scarlett and her hazel eyes danced around the crowd of people who were filling out of the building. Then she saw Faith and shouted for her to wait up.

Example #4

His eyes darted around still taking in his surroundings, until he reached a man who seemed to stand out from the group. The man was wearing a dark grey suit and black trench coat and spoke to the silent pale faces who nodded in agreement. He must be in charge of the investigation, William thought.

Will cleared his throat and began to speak. “Excuse me sir, I’m Detective William. I was asked to come?” He had no idea if this lie to an inspector, he assumed, of all people would fall for it, but it was worth a try. He desperately wanted to take a look at the crime scene, like he was drawn to it for some reason.

“About time someone showed up. This is a bloody serious matter. Do I make myself clear? Frankly I’m appalled at how long it took someone to get here, when I ask for more officers...” The trench-coat wearing man grumbled with his remarks, his face quickly becoming redder and redder.

“Well, I apologise for the delay. There was a lot of foot traffic. To make it up to you I do have my colleague here.” He hoped the man would help him, but he didn’t know for sure, he’d only just met him after all, now he was recruiting him to solve crimes together.

“Very well. All we need to do now is establish the cause of death, piece together the evidence from the scene and we will be closer to catching that monster. I will give you a run down later of everything we know so far. In the meantime you two take a look. I need my men to search the area.”

William nodded and glanced nervously back at Regulus as the group of officers slowly filed out of the alleyway and back onto the street (which had now been cordoned off).

Will laughed mainly at the ridiculousness of the situation the two had found themselves in.

“Well then, what should we do now?”
