6 cups unseasoned popped popcorn

2 cups bite-size crisp rice cereal squares

1 cup unsalted roasted cashews or peanuts

1 cup small pretzels

1 cup wasabi peas (substituted with roasted habanero chickpeas)

¾ cup vegan margarine

1 tbls soy sauce

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp seasoned salt

INGREDIENTS: 

6 cups unseasoned popp

DIRECTIONS:

- Preheat the oven to 250°F.

- In a 9x13" baking pan (or 2), combine the popcorn, cereal, cashews, pretzels, and peas.

INGREDIENTS: 

6 cups unseasoned popp

- In a small saucepan pan combine the margarine, soy sauce,garlic salt, and seasoned salt.

- Cook stirring over medium heat until the margarine is melted, about 2 minutes.

Or

- Melt the butter in a microwave safe container.

- Add soy sauce, garlic salt and seasoned salt.

PERSONAL THOUGHTS:

Popcorn has a tendency to wilt when a sauce is poured over it. I find the best way to fix this issue is to let the popped popcorn sit for a day or two before making the recipe. Also this recipe is really salty, a low sodium soy will help cut back on this.
