WELCOME, TO FILE 22

Hello! It's been a bit since I've posted. So, I've wanted to create a character like this for a while. A character that would be considered a villain in the multiverse. A glitch. Now you will meet The Overseer! A being both broken and powerful. The Overseer normally doesn't do anything, and often just watches over other AU's, watching the timelines. Although sometimes, it likes to intervene. The Overseer was created when Error failed to purge their universe, now their universe is a corrupted file known as File 22. Now I will not be using this character in any sort of rp as they have their own storyline and they are VERY overpowered (but not immortal or anything) I do plan to give more information and background about their character.
