Apps needed: picsart and gif maker-editor

This is the gif I made to represent the process:

Steps

Step 1: open picsart!

Step 2: choose the image you want to use!

Step 3: select "brushes" to draw the outline.

Step 4&5: Choose the first pencil and change the brushe's size to 1!

Step 5: draw the first outline and save the picture!

Step 6: Now draw the second outline which is different from the first one, and save the picture again! (Now you have 2 pictures that you have to use!)

Step 8: Now open gif maker-editor!

Step 9: Choose the option "images to gif"

Step 10: Select the images you have made in picsart before!

Step 11: Choose the option "speed".

Step 12: Change it to a slower speed!

Step 13: Now click on "Save".

Step 14: Check the datas and if everything is good for you then click on "OK".

And we are done!
