We all want to be a better version of ourselves, I doubt if anyone is satisfied, 100% satisfied. It's a human nature to strive for more.
Some of us read articles and watch videos..etc. But the thing is, we lack the determination to JUST DO IT.
To fix our sleeping schedule, (hehehe me included) to study SMART, to achieve what we want, to adapt healthy habits and abandon the ones that pulls us backwards instead of pushing us forward.
I'll try to write some tips (I personally use) for y'all to give you motivation, to inspire you, to help, for you do what's best for YOU. However, there's a catch... whatever you read, whatever you see, whatever you watch... You'll never start changing to the better, if YOU didn't step up and do it with ur own determination!

“ Some sleeping tips. To fight insomnia and to fix your sleeping schedule. ”
1) Exercise regularly.
No. No, I'm not telling you to do a heavy exercise or go to the gym and lift weight. A simple walk/jogging with some music and stretching can help relieve some of the tension built up over the day. Make sure that you don't do vigorous exercise, such as running or the gym, too close to bedtime, though, as it may keep you awake. (believe me I'm an athlete and it'll mess u up.)
2)Get Into a Routine.
Sleep experts agree that when it comes to sleep, try to stick to a routine — going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. If you lay in bed awake for an hour before going to sleep, consider going to bed an hour later.
3) Engage in healthy eating.
Too much sugary food or salty snacks can throw off your metabolism and make sleep more difficult.
4) Stop the Voices.
All too often, difficulty sleeping is due to overactive cognitive processes — worrying about work, or simply being obsessed with the fact that you are having trouble sleeping. It’s ironic that thinking about insomnia can cause insomnia. Realize that your active mind is a big part of the problem, and that you need to calm down your cognitive processes in order to sleep. Then try to “turn off," distract, or ignore those worrying voices in your head.
5) Breathing exercises.
Try some breathing exercises. Take a deep breath. Hold it. And then slowly release it from your mouth. Repeat this process until you feel relaxed enough. (I use this method.)
6) Limit naps.
Naps are scientifically proven to be healthy for you. I'm not talking about that. I mean the unnecessary naps.
{ A friendly advice. Step by step your sleeping schedule will get fixed. Don't push your mind to sleep, because it won't. Step by step you'll improve till you get to the sleeping schedule that you want. }

“ Some tips to study SMART, and to enjoy your studying section. ”
1) Repetition.
The secret of repetition is MAGICAL. Whether your studying a scientific related subject, or literature related subject, or languages...Anything. You have to repeat it. What I mean is that after studying all of the chapters of chemistry (for example) in the first semester, you have to repeat it all again. You'll find it more easier to memorize and understand.
2) Writing.
I always recommend studying while writing down your notes and writing your problems, questions and answers. Reading something while writing it down is very effective. It engages more of the senses which enhances the learning process.
3) Coloring.
Yep! You read it right! Coloring. While writing down your notes, use colored pens, high-lighters to make it more fun, and it's okay if it'll take time. Always you're having fun learning.
After writing it down. Read the text from your text book and then from the colored notes you wrote. First: it'll help you understand what you're writing/reading. Second: it'll help you memorize it wayys more better.
4) Have a peaceful studying environment.
I always recommend the library. The quite, studying-like atmosphere will help you concentrate. If you know a quite cafe then I also recommend it. For me a cafe is noisy...people talking and a lot of movements from the people around me really distracts me.
5) Change your studying place.
Library, a quite cafe, with your friends, your room. Ah! Your room is your little place. Re-decorat it, tidy your desk, write motivational quotes and stck them on the wall...do whatever that will make you feel comfortable and mentally quite and at peace. And always to change your studying place from time to time.
6) Drink, and eat.
To be more specific.. What I mean that while you're studying always have a glass or a bottle of water near you. And before you start studying eat some fruits or nuts, but not much because it'll give you a stomach-ache.. And we don't want that, do we? ;)
7) Be comfortable.
Boys/Girls. While studying wear something comfortable. Sweats. Hoodies. Lazy shorts. Tees. Whatever according to your mood. And don't tie your hair too hard because it'll give you a headache while studying.
8) Don't start hard.
When you start your studying section, don't start with the big problems or with the heavy topics. Start smoothly and step by step you'll get into the mood and you'll get into it ;)
This is like stretching your mind before getting into your studies. (that's what I call it :)
9) Record your lectures.
Even if you have stamina and you can 100% focus on what your teacher/prof. is saying, you'll unconsciously miss somethings. Recording your lectures and listening to them again will help you loads!
10) Sleep early and wake up early.
We all know that sleeping affects our daily physical and mental function. I strongly advise you to fix your sleeping schedule and to sleep early and wake up at five am, do some stretching, excerise, (depending on ur health and athletic history. Don't get yourself injured.) eat a healthy breakfast and start your study section and after finishing your work for that day, you'll have the rest of the day to do whatever you want. Because always to not overwork yourself. Always reword yourself. \(-ㅂ-)/ :hearts: :hearts: :hearts:
11) Be motivated.
You can read articles or watch videos, it's very good for your mood. However, always that you're doing it for YOU! that you WANT to be better.
O k a y. So I think that was it :) I really truly honestly hope that I was useful in any way tbh :)
