it still doesnt mean that we
are immune to getting ill.
so incase you do get sick,
and you arent sure how/what
to study, heres a lil blog to

that your health should be
your first priority. above
everything; it doesnt even
have to be when youre sick.
please dont push yourself
when youre ill. you should
focus on getting better
before catching up on school
work. unless its absolutely
necessary, dont do it. but,
if it is important, such as
mocks revision or revision
close to your final tests,
then maybe you should do
it.

something i read a while ago,
said about treating yourself as
a tired toddler. for example,
'well done, youve wrote a few
sentences for your draft essay,
now you can have a nap' or
'now have a piece of toast'
follow this!!
its treating yourself kindly,
and right now, you need it.

𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲
if anythings going to make
you feel better, its your
bed. when youre ill, i dont think
anyone wants to be sat at a
desk. if you bring all your stuff
to your bed, have a few blankets
and some music on, then youll
be in a lovely environment for
light studying

𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮
if you can, or if theyre willing to,
have your friends help you
catch up on things. they will
probably be willing to write down
some of the notes from class,
help you with your workload and
relieve some stress. not to
mention people are fun and make
us feel better :')
* also ask them for food. food is
great

chances are when you are
studying whilst sick, your
brain could get quite confused,
you could forget things easier,
or just not want to do
anything. but thats alright. its
natural. dont push yourself
past your limits. do the easiest
work you can, and when you
feel better you can catch up
on the rest. please make sure
you are getting your 8 hours,
eating as regularly as you can
and drinking enough fluids.
those are our bodies bases,
and if we havent got them, no
wonder we dont feel well.
