Mathematics Notes and how I take them

Something I have a strong love-hate relationship with is MATH

Specifically Calculus.

Im currently taking Precalculus and trigonometry and next year I’m taking regular Calculus l.

I don’t normally take mathematic notes because they are typed out for me by my teachers but i’ve been starting to take my own notes off their notes because I find it helps me understand it better.

Today I’m sharing my current mathematics notes and how I take them

So lets get started...

To take my math notes, I do basically the same thing as most notes, just with my diagrams and explanations.

Here are some points I use and what they indicate in my notes

While taking notes, especially mathematics notes, I try to use as many visuals as I can because for me, I am a visual learner.

I also try to use as many details and examples as possible

Examples allow you to have a step by step with more of an idea of how it works, I see this as crucial

Other than that I don’t see any other way mathematics notes are any different from your regular notes for science, history, or any other subject
