Best Pokémon Tag: Garchomp

Personally, Garchomp has been my favorite Pokémon ever since Generation IV. There was just so many amazing things that I loved about them. It of course closely resembles a hammerhead shark, which I always found to be very appealing when I was a child. His design was basically perfect for me. So intimidating...

His mega evolutions also had such a sick design! Lowkey felt bad for any Pokémon that had to get shredded by those scissor-hands. Even if it’s considered a weak mega ev :,)

At least his Shiny Mega Evolution looks different... *cough cough*

Back then I wasn’t much of a competitive player, so I can’t tell you much about that since I’m not experienced in that area; but, he can learn so many great moves that I just fell in love. Sure, he is extremely vulnerable to fairy and ice, but I still considered him a powerful Pokémon. He was especially good if you had taught him moves from the move tutor, or had compatible TMs.

Oh yeah, did I mention Gibble and Gabite are just the most adorable things? Omfg. Who wouldn’t love these little things?!

I have very sheer memories of me breeding for Gibbles nonstop trying to get his shiny :,) Even though it wasn’t a very good one.

Although, that is one thing I’ll complain about Garchomp, his shiny has very minor color differences compared to him...

Which really sucks.

They really should have put more attention to his shiny, it quite frankly is one of the most disappointing shiny designs ever— like what happened? Shiny Gibble is designed well and they just gave up after Gabite. It’s very disappointing.

At least the shiny mega-ev was different...It was very...pink?

Oh yeahhh!! I also grew a bit more of a love for him after he appeared on Pokken Tournament! So exciting to see him on there. He was always so hecking tough!! His move set was so— aggressive.
