So a have for a while wanted to make a character/ crossover related to an unreleased Pal. Aka Dark Mutant.
And wonder if that would we alright within the rules.
It wouls basically be a what if this thing ended up in the pokemon universe scenario type thing. Anyways. I wanted to ask if it would be ok or not before doing it. ^^
And if it is allowed. Then what stats do you think it would have if it were in the pokemon world, and Would it be mistaken for a new legendary pokemon or Mew or Mewtwo clone? I already know it would Likely be categorized as a Dark Type, Possibly even Dark Psychic.

Mega Mewtwo, why is he like that? He looks really creepy.
Dark Mutant is an unreleased Pal from palworld that didn't make it to the game as they looked to much like Mewtwo. :/

Ohhh well...
Crossovers outside of the Pokémon franchise are perfectly fine, just so long as there is sufficient Pokémon representation. Just to be safe, though, you should explain in the post to come how it is a sufficiently Pokémon-ey crossover.
I was thinking about it being like Possibly like an ultra beast like scenario. Since they come from a different dimension.
