Reborn, New Oc Or No?

Ahahahahaha I’ve been reborn! I dropped my phone in a lake and finally got enough money to buy a new one! Now that I’m back I feel like a new man! That brings us to the question of the day, should I made a new oc as a celebration, or continue the old on I have, if there wasn’t a reset, I tend to make one oc and focus on him/her so decide fast people!!!
