Anastasia can act as a lightning rod/sponge for others pain , when touching another (and only while touching) she can absorb their pain and instead feel it herself (only the physical), while doing this she also gains a small faint marking of the injury - think like a really REALLY messed up method of healing. Of course no power comes without a downside (though Ana thinks taking another's pain should be her only downside), she has no powers outside of that and when in combat must rely on hand to hand, over using her power can often leave her in pain for days + it tends to give her a killer migraine.
