- Crescent moons were a symbol made by Vivian Wagner in 1998 to represent bisexuality. Originally Biangles (discussed below) were used to represent bisexuality, but many did not like the association they had with the Holocaust victims. The crescent moon was a less controversial alternative that many used in place of triangles. Although I couldn't find the creator's purpose behind the symbol, I think it could come from cyclical nature of the moon. Bisexuality involves having feelings towards more than one gender, which could be symbolized by how the moon transitions between waxing and waning and shows the ability to have different preferences between genders in one person.

- The trillium flower appears on the Mexican bisexual flag. The connection between bisexuality and trilliums could be in part to the fact that the flower is labeled "bisexual" due to having male and female reproductive organs in every flower. It could also stem from trillium having triangular flowers similar to the Biangles also used to represent bisexuality.

- Dual Swords are often used as a metaphor for bisexuality, someone who is okay with being with more than one gender. The colors are the bisexual flag, representing masculine (blue), feminine (pink), and the in-between attraction.

- Bonobos are apes that share a lot of similarities with humans DNA wise, they are known for their peacefulness and for having prominent bisexual relationships within their troop. I used the Bonobo to represent bisexual love due to their peaceful and friendly ways. I used red to symbolize ionate love, and yellow and pink to represent romantic love.
- Bison are also observed to engage in bisexual relationships (however not to the degree of Bonobos). I chose the bison to symbolize strength and resilience. The strength and resilience to fight against oppression, and not allowing oneself to be forcefully labeled as either straight or gay, or forced to live as either or. The colors are that of the bisexual flag.

- Crescent moons, as mentioned above, were a symbol created by Vivian Wagner in 1998 in order to serve as a less controversial alternative to the Biangles. They use the traditional bisexual flag colors.
- Polysexual flag colors are displayed behind the crescent moons. Pink meaning attraction to the feminine, Blue meaning an attraction to the masculine, and the green represents attraction to those in-between. Polysexuals are people who are attracted to more then one gender, but not all (ex:only like nonbinarys and women, only likes men and women, etc). Since polysexuals like more than one gender, they fall under the bisexual umbrella.
- Biangles are a pink triangle that overlaps a blue triangle, creating a purple triangle in between. As mentioned before, the colors represent an attraction to more than one gender (with purple being a reference to the queer community as a whole that often used purple as a prominent symbol). It was created by Liz Nania in 1985, combining the bisexual+triangles. The triangles are a reference to the upside down pink triangles used to lable gay men in the Holocaust. The symbol was being reclaimed at the time in order to demonstrate the importance of historical events as well as stand with the victims. The upside down triangle could be seen in many other flags at the time including the original lesbian flag (black upside-down triangle) and the pink upside-down triangles occasionally worn by gay men. However, some people do not like the upside down triangles because it is seen as making light of the tragic event, which is why those triangles were replaced with other symbols later on.
- Omnisexual flag colors are behind the Biangles. The light pink represents femininity, the dark pink represents people between femininity and non binary, the dark purple represents non binary, the light blue represents masculinity, and the dark blue represents people between masculine and non-binary. Essentially, the colors represent the gender spectrum. The reason why the colors shift more gradually is because Omnisexuality is attraction to all genders but with a certain level of preference. An example could include: if a person would date any gender, but usually prefers women or nonbinarys, but wouldn't mind dating a man.
- the bisexual pride symbol has a man and woman sign connected through a ring in an infinity symbol. The ring represents non-binary, while the interconnectedness shows the attraction to different genders simultaneously.
- Pansexual flag colors are shown behind the symbol. The pink meaning women, blue meaning men, and the yellow meaning people in-between. Pansexuals are attracted to all genders with little to no preference between which genders they date.

- I used watermelon as a way to represent abrosexuality. It was an inside joke on the Internet that the flag's colors resemble a watermelon. Many pointed out that watermelons were a good symbol for abrosexuality due to their fluidity (mostly made of water). Abrosexuality is a fluid sexuality where attraction towards certain genders can switch or change over time.
