I would say it’s likely overwatered. Most succulents do not need weekly watering and you can tell when they need watering by the plumpness of the leaves. I would suggest reducing the frequency of watering

The discolouration starting near the center of the plant may be a sign of root rot. The leaf looks more to be rotting than dying of thirst. I advise checking the roots and soil just to be sure though. That way you can also tell if it’s too dry.
(It’s been a while since I’ve worked with succulents so I hope this helped in one way or another)
By the way this was the only leaf that was wrinkly
