We start Jason’s story, at birth… obviously, Jason’s birth was complicated to say the least, it was like the baby didn’t want to be born. This worried an already panicked Mary Fuller, who was also trying to console her first born, Elizabeth, or Lizzie as she was better known.

After a very long labour, Jason was born, though he didn’t cry, not once, and as Mary looked down at her newborn boy, she smiled, calling him her little hero, and that’s when she named him Jason, after the Greek Hero.

The first years of Jason’s life were… difficult, with Lizzie’s powers manifesting and his own demonic blood rising to challenge his sister’s, Mary was pulled thin, trying to raise two cambions on her own, I mean, it’s not like their Father would spawn into existence to help look after his children, right?… right.

As Jason grew up, he loved sitting with Lizzie as she practiced her fire magic, or helping his Mum with the housework, and it was beautiful… while it lasted.

On the day of Lizzie’s “meltdown”, the day she burned half the city of Norwich to the ground, Jason’s whole world was flipped onto its head, his sister… was a monster. It was then, in that moment, as he watched Lizzie flee to the Demon Realm, that Jason decided to learn how to use magic and use a sword, to kill their father, the demon who Jason believes is responsible for his sister’s chaotic flames.

After being interrogated by S.E.R.T about Lizzie, and even himself, Jason started his training, practicing every spare moment he had, both with a training sword and with magic textbooks, though he could never get a proper handle on the magic.

A year before the present time, while training his swordplay, Jason felt… something, he couldn’t place his finger on it, but it felt like something was calling out to him, and so, like any rational individual, or crazy person, he followed the feeling.

The feeling would lead Jason through the city of Norwich and into the sewers, and behind a half-crumbled wall, he would find Zarien, the wicked looking blade was just… there. Though our boy didn’t think about how suspicious that was, simply taking possession of the sword.

It wasn’t until a week later, that Jason realised Zarien’s power, which he aptly named “Drain”, with experimentation, Jason realised that Drain would work on both creatures, and inanimate objects, such as trees and bricks.

We now come to the present day, where Jason had just stepped into the Demon’s Realm, Zarien strapped to his back, with one goal in mind,
