Hello there

Hi~ How was everyones second week of April? It's looking a bit more spring-ish where I live pit the snow is still here. Hopefully the rain washes it away.

So the theme I went for this week was...neutral colours sorta. I didn't like it at first but after looking at it, I do like it. So here it is.

It's not a proper picture but it's enough. This was orginally for my Studygram (It's @HerroTorii shameful plug) which it's like this do I apologize for that.

Also, don't mind the writing/journaling, it just talks about how proud I am about sleeping early because I always sleep quite late so I've trying to sleep earlier.

Materials

Journal: Micheals/ Artist loft

Paper/Prints: Pictures home printed but are pictures of BTS' Jungkook. Paper is just craft paper

Markers: Colour factory brush pen, Crayola supertips in dark brown

Stickers: Aliexpress

Washitape: Aliexpress

It looks so pretty, I love the natural colours, and those cute bear stickers are too adorable.

And I feel you, my sleeping habit is absolutely disastrous and dysfunctional :) I feel like I should keep track of it, if it has helped you, maybe it'll help me too?

Thank you!!

I haven't been keeping track of my sleep like a physical tracker but more of forcing myself to stop using my phone an hour before I sleep. For waking up, I also have to force myself. It has helped, another thing is to just leave your phone outside of your room if that's a problem for you.
