My Rating 🎨🎨🎨🎨🎨
What I Like The vibrancy of the colors, it’s amazing how bright they are on the paper! Also, the colors which are included; no useless whites or dull grays. All the colors you need are here! They’re also relatively cheap and easy to find. They’re easy to store as well, and come in a nice durable case!
Dislike I wish the paint sizes were a little bit bigger!!

[CI]Prang watercolors, or simply Prang, was founded in 1882 by a man of Louis Prang

Prang watercolors, or simply Prang, was founded in 1882 by a man of Louis Prang who was an avid painter. He was also a lithographer, and a publisher. He believed art was a key part in imagination and individual expression, especially in kids. He was the creator of the Color Wheel, which is still used prominently in art and art study today. He also pioneered developments in chromolithography-or printing in color. He created the first commercially printed Christmas card. This gave him the title of “Father of the American Greeting Card.”

He realized, however, that his true ion was in art education. While he was teaching his daughter on this subject, however, that he realized his need to better art in American schools. Fueled by this desire he established a training program for art teachers of public schools. However, he couldn’t find art supplies that met his quality and safety standards so he strived to invent safe and nontoxic art supplies.

All of the information was found on the official Prang website:

Okay, so I love their watercolors the most. And according to their website, they have several types of paints. They have Tempera cakes, their traditional watercolor set, as well as fluorescent paint. They also have glitter paint and metallic paint, and ready to use tempera paint. Now onto the watercolors. They have glitter watercolors, metallic watercolors(lol I’m seeing a pattern here, as well as washable ones and the half pan set. They also do watercolor refills!

•How I use them in my art/my recommendations•

Whenever I want to do a watercolor piece, I immediately want to use these! I have the 12 colors, but I hope I can save up enough money to buy a bigger pack. I love the vibrancy of the colors and they bring out my bright and dark colors I use in my work. They’re easily my best watercolors I own. I can’t recommend them enough, tbh. They’re compact and easy to use, and just add life to any art piece! I use these quite frequently, I don’t think I’ll stop for a while. I’d recommend using them on watercolor paper or mixed media paper. They rock and I can’t say enough about them!

Thank you for reading my gushes about this incredible art company! Keep creating and I’ll see you soon!
